Our Process
Lee Wright will call you and make contact
- Lee will listen you description of the project
- A site visit will be scheduled
- Lee starts with a discussion with customer
- Answer questions about Wright Contracting
- Customer and Lee will physically review the project
- Lee will e-mail a detailed transparent estimate
- Customer will sign moving forward
Lee will always provide a “timeline” for customer
- Shows the length and duration of tasks
- Customer gets personal log on for timeline
- Can view any updated or changes
Customer “knows” when tasks will happen
- A contract will be e-mailed to customer for signing
- A deposit will be paid to start project
- Amount agreed between Customer and Lee
Project begins
- I live by the motto: “there is no such word as can’t”
- We will resolve any issues that come up
- Progress payments arranged, depending on size of project
Project completion
- Written warranty provided from Wright Contracting
- All deficiencies fixed before final payment

BATHROOM RENOVATION
A "team that's second to none" works intimately with Wright Contracting Ltd. No job is beyond our scope of abilities! Starting with the demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall, texture, painting, tile and whatever is needed for a 'turn key' operation.
WINDOWS & EGRESS BASEMENT WINDOWS
Windows are one of my forte!
If it is only one window, an egress basement window, or all your windows, no problem! If I supply the windows you get a written lifetime warranty from the supplier. I only use low expanding foam for insulation, sill gasket for water protection and a high grade silicone that has 'no odor'. If you take the time to discuss your needs with me, I know you will come away with the tools to make an educated informed decision.
DOOR INSTALLATIONS
Another forte of mine! We can get you a door from a supplier or off the shelf from LOWE'S. The 'great results' are in the installation more than the quality of the door. If you want it stained, painted, steel, fiberglass, no problem! You can even pick a door from a catalog instead, your choice. Please remember this: a door opens and closes many times in a day and operates on only three hinges, let me help you understand how I can make those three hinges work in your favour!
